Terms and Conditions

The fine print

1. The Promoter is Health Service Welfare Society Limited, trading as Accuro (‘Accuro’).

2. The Promotion closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2021.

3. The Promotion is an offer for entrants to receive a month of free premium on their new Accuro health insurance policy (‘the Prizes’).

4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. The Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or used at a later date.

   To be eligible for entry, entrants must:

   • not be an existing or previous member of Accuro

   • take out an individual policy before 11:59pm on 31 August 2021;

   • use the promotional code when requesting or amending a quote;

   • not have an adviser registered against their policy (this is a direct to Accuro promotion only)

   • not be an employee or family member of an employee of Accuro (a child, grandchild, grandparent, parent, partner, partner’s parent, and sibling is considered by Accuro to be family for the purposes of this Promotion) or any business partners of Accuro (including Advisers).

6. One month free will be applied to the new member once the new policy has been assessed and made current.

7. Accuro and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

8. Accuro reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate, or cancel the Promotion at any time.

9. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time by Accuro.
