Experienced Claims Specialist
In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of a small yet mighty Claims & Underwriting Team who manage claims, pre-approvals and applications for underwriting. As you’d expect with an organisation as highly regarded as Accuro, you’ll love providing amazing service to our Members and Advisers, while ensuring fair outcomes. Specifically, you’ll be processing plenty of Claims while assessing and managing risk, becoming a subject expert on Accuro products, while thinking out-side the box to ensure our key systems and processes are best practice.
Ideal attributes we’re looking for
- 2+ years Claims experience
- Experience in the insurance, financial services or health industries

Experienced Customer Specialist

In this critical contact centre role and as a key member of our small vibrant team, you’ll be the engaging voice of Accuro, delighting our customers every step of the way. Our customers have wide ranging needs, and the experience you bring will be put to good use as you become an expert on our products and benefits.
Ideal attributes we’re looking for
- Experience in a contact centre role
- Experience in the insurance, financial services or health industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator
As part of a small marketing team in a growing business, you’ll get to experience the full marketing mix, so the opportunities to learn and try new things are ready and waiting. Reporting to the Brand & CX Manager, your role is instrumental in ensuring that we provide timely and accurate information to our stakeholders and in promoting the Accuro brand out to the world. Strong writing skills are a must as you will be expected to create written and visual content across all our digital channels including eDMs, website, and social media. You’ll be supporting the sales and marketing teams with the planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns and liaising with media partners. Your support will also be needed in coordinating our research activities and growing our CX programme.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in managing multiple customer communication channels
- Experience in creating and delivering marketing and communications campaigns
- High accountability with the ability to get things done
- Experience in Adobe InDesign would be advantageous.
