While the HealthHub has been a valuable space for our members to access services and resources to help manage their health, we have noticed a decline in engagement over the past few years, with many of these resources now available on other platforms.

What happens next

You can continue to log in and use the resources on the HealthHub until it is discontinued on 8 March 2025. After this date you will not be able to access the site or any of its resources.

What happens to my data?

Existing profiles will be deactivated on 8 March 2025, and after your profile has remained inactive for six months, all of your personal data will be permanently deleted.

Are there any options to continue using HealthHub?

The HealthHub platform is run by Synergy Health, who provide customised wellbeing platforms for workplaces. If you would like to continue your access, you can transfer your profile onto the standard Synergy Health platform. The standard subscription is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per annum.
