    2. Accuro Health Insurance is the trading name of Health Service Welfare Society Limited which is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908. Accuro Health Insurance is also a registered Financial Service Provider.  References to “we” or “us” are all references to Accuro Health Insurance.
    3. These terms and conditions are the terms on which we offer you access to the Website. If you choose to browse the website, or enter a transaction using the Website, you accept these terms and conditions. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Website at any time if you break these terms and conditions.
    4. These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this page. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.

    6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
    7. Currency: All dollar figures stated in the Website are reference to New Zealand dollars.

  8.    Google Adwords

    1. This website uses the google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors to our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry.
